About City Life

Our Vision and Values

Growing

The vision of City Life Church is simply to love God, love one another and love the world.

Who we are

City Life is a vibrant, multicultural church working with other churches locally, nationally and internationally for the salvation and transformation of Southampton and beyond!

We believe Jesus' death and resurrection makes it possible for everyone to have a personal relationship with God the Father through the indwelling Holy Spirit. We are a Bible-believing and Spirit led community.

City Life is a partner of the local 'New Community Network' which is part of the national network, 'Pioneer'.  We are also active members of the 'Southampton Christian Network,' working with church leaders from many different streams to reach the people of the city through the 'Love Southampton' initiative.

·         Supporting and investing in the world-wide church.
 Going:

Medium sized missional communities (MSCs formed in partnership with others in the city): faith communities of around 30-50 people  building church among specific people groups, or in specific neighbourhoods, or around particular needs.

Connect groups: attached to MCs or other outward looking groups meeting in homes, focussed on growing as disciples, mutual care, accountability and development.
