Global Day of Prayer Citywide Celebration 2010

 On 23rd May 2010 (Pentecost Sunday), Christians from churches across the city and region are invited to join together at Central Hall at 7pm for a united evening celebration on the Global Day of Prayer. The Global Day of Prayer began in 2005 with a vision of uniting Christians from all nations in repentance and prayer, calling them to work together as God's servants for the blessing and healing of the nations. Please join us if you can... An incredible 220 nations took part in the Global Day of Prayer in 2009, with at least 60 events taking place across the British Isles in Cathedrals, churches, open air parks, on hills, up cranes, at city gates, in smaller football stadiums, at Millwall stadium in London… and many more venues. |
