Paul Woodman - Church Leader

Paul, his wife Susannah and their two children, live near Oasis Academy Mayfield in Sholing. Paul is leading the development of work in and around the Academy and the St Andrews Church building.    

Bev Webb - Church Leader

Bev is married to Clive and has two grown up children: Nick and Charlotte.

Bev co-ordinates the UK support and arranges bi-annual teams to Thailand. She is working for City Life and New Community in areas of the pastoral and  working with the poor. She takes two teams to Thailand each year. Her passion is seeing God restore broken lives and building people into a loving community.

Dan Pooley - Student Worker 

Dan is married to Mel and they live together on the Flowers Estate. He works to develop the church's support of students (see the student pages for more details). He takes teams out to India twice a year to work with the poor. He is passionate about seeeing people encounter Jesus for themselves and come into a greater experience of his power at work in their lives. 

Nicky Porter - Pastoral Support Worker 

Nicky works part-time with City Life Church and part-time for Southampton City Council, providing information and support for young people. She leads a team working with young people living at the YMCA. She is passionate about seeing the supernatural released and young people brought into a relationship with God.   

Paul Leppitt - Project Manager

Paul has been a part of City Life Church for many years and started working as a Project Manager for the church in 2008.  A majority of Paul's time is spent developing the CLEAR project working with refugees and asylum seekers in Southampton. He also oversees the church's partnerships overseas. Paul is married to Gill.

 Karen Holloway - Finance & Administration

Karen has worked for City Life since 1999 and takes care of the charity's book-keeping and projects. She has been part of the church for over 30 years, and is a regular contributor to Sunday meetings. She is married to Pete and has three children. Karen works Monday to Thursday at the church office.

Andy Morgan - Youth Worker

Andy is working with young people in the church, at the YMCA and within Oasis Academy Mayfield. He has recently married Lyndsey and they lead one of the small groups. Andy completed the London Marathon this year, running in aid of the Christian charity, Oasis.

Wendy Waghorn - Administration and Safeguarding

Wendy organises the necessary arrangements for checking our staff and volunteers for working with children, young people and vulnerable adults. Wendy also prepares the church newsletter on a Friday morning.
