Local Projects
City Life Church is very involved in a few local projects here in Southampton, including support for refugees, the homeless and vulnerably housed, and also working with Street Pastors. There are also links to the local charities that City Life supports at the bottom of the page.

Twice a week, teams from the church take food and soup in the evenings to people sleeping rough in the local area. Several of our church familyalso help run a community café from 5-6pm every Sunday at Central Hall.
In 2001, CLEAR (City Life Education and Action for Refugees) was initiated to work with refugees and asylum seekers in Southampton. CLEAR aims to improve the quality of life for refugees and asylum seekers in Southampton, providing free advice and supporting people in accessing local services to which they are entitled. More...

City Life Church is actively supporting the intiative of street pastors in Southampton. Street Pastors is an inter-church project to listen and care for those that are vulnerable late at night in the city centre. Richard Pitt, from City Life, is the Southampton Street Pastors Co-ordinator and another dozen people have volunteered from the church to join the team. More...
