Naomi shares a poem called 'A prayer for 2020' by Gideon Heugh, that was posted on his website on 1 January and seems to be in line with what many are currently saying amidst the current Covid-19 situation. The poem begins:
"May this be a year in which we slow down,
pay close attention, pause, breathe, be still.
May this be a year in which we reconnect with nature,
use all of our senses and re-tune our souls to wonder."
Psalm 46:10 tell us to ‘be still and know that I am God.' Today let’s make time to pause, be still and focus on God without distraction.
