Statistically the biggest cause of student drop out at university, the biggest cause of depression and hardship amongst students is not that the course is hard, or even debt – it is loneliness. People can cope with most things if they have true friends they can talk to and lean on. Belong is basically that – a place where you can come and belong, get to know people, chat, lean on each other and support one another.

We are at the Stile pub (top of University Road) from 7pm every Sunday evening except on the last Sunday of the month when we are at Central Hall – just come along and drop in. It is as simple as that. This regular gathering is open to everyone – Christians and non, students and non students – it is a mix and match environment where we hope connections and lasting friendships will be made.
