A New Year. Time for a New Role?

Do you have a heart for supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged women in our city?

We’re seeking to appoint another Chaplain & Outreach Worker (Part or full time options available) to join our Amber team — a role that offers the chance to provide non-judgemental care, hope, holistic practical and spiritual support to women involved in selling sex on the streets of Southampton.

Working alongside our current Chaplain & Outreach Worker, you will help co-ordinate and deliver our evening outreach sessions with a committed team of volunteers, as well as playing a key role in developing and building our new afternoon outreach, helping us extend much needed support to those who need it most. As an example, a half time role would require, on average, one evening session and two afternoon outreach sessions per week plus time to complete administration tasks and provide daytime one2one support.
