Street Light Chaplain and Outreach Worker

2 x 15 hour per week roles / £11,308 pa (£28,270.14 FTE)

Are you passionate about walking alongside people experiencing homelessness with compassion, dignity and hope?

We're looking for a Street Light Chaplain and Outreach Worker to help deliver our multi-agency mobile outreach service, building trusted relationships with people sleeping rough and those who are street attached across Southampton.

Working alongside volunteers and partner organisations, you'll provide practical, emotional and spiritual support, helping people access housing, health and recovery services while encouraging positive, self-directed change. You'll also play a key role in developing our outreach service, supporting volunteers and strengthening partnerships across the city.
