Churches Winter Beds 2026 is set to provide a safe and warm sanctuary in Southampton for individuals who are sleeping rough, offering them shelter during the coldest months.

Volunteer

We need volunteers for our Churches Winter Beds 2026 project. The shelter, offering a warm place for the homeless during the coldest months, will be open from January to early February 2026. It's located at The Boathouse, 11 Cranbury Terrace, Southampton, SO14 0LH.

You can volunteer in just three easy steps, outlined below.

Complete the training, then 'confirm' your participation and understanding by emailing Paul.

Step 3

Choose the shift(s) that suit you best, and secure your slot by adding your name and the initial of your surname.
